How to donate
We rely on the public to keep our charity stocked with the items we need. Mostthe items we give away are donated to us (sometimes we sell surplus items to allow us to purchase niche items).
We love working with pre-loved items because it allows us to reduce the amount that ends up in landfill and we, as parents ourselves, we love the thought of the items we cherished on our children end up getting a new life with other families. Please make sure that all the donations are clean and in good condition.
There are three ways you can get items to us:
It is easiest (and cheapest) for us if people can drop off items to our warehouse in Brimscombe Port (click here for a map). We are open 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday (except for Wednesdays when we close at 16:00).
Lots of people have lots of items they want to get rid of. We have seen lots of people host “Sweet and Swap” evenings. You get your friends to bring round all their unwanted items, each bring a pudding and swap with each other. We then come and collect everything else the next day. Just give us a call and we can provide invites and make sure we can collect the next day as required.
We know that not everyone is able to get to us so we are happy to come and collect items from you. We are out and about every Friday so all you need to do is call and we can arrange a time to come round in our van.
